Cubs lose to San Francisco - Obama to Blame

Just to keep the record straight. The game Tuesday night was called after a 6 hour and 31 minute rain delay. The cubs were declared the 2 to 0 winner. The Giants protested and won. The game was completed on Thursday before the regular scheduled game. The Cubs won the rain delayed game 2 to 1. The Giants won the regular scheduled game 5 to 3. So Obama didn't cost the Cubs a win. He did cost my daughter and the nine people she managed at a major health insurance company. She worked long and hard to get to her position. She and her group were told because of Obama Care their department was no longer needed.

DonDiego stands corrected.

Actually once the Giants protest was upheld, . . . and the game resumed, one could reasonably have argued that Obama hadn't cost the Cubs a game anyway; either team could have won it once play resumed. DonDiego expected someone to make that observation, . . . but he is more pleased that fvenis corrected the record for real.

So this thread is really about nothing. An erroneous sky-is-falling thread from a pantywaist pastoral poster.

I agree with Snidely that the pantywaist employees that are losing their jobs because of Obama are idiots for believing that the sky is falling.

Umm, . . . yes.

Yes, . . . except for that part about the "pantywaist"; poor old DonDiego would've preferred "doddering".

They made a hit show on that premise:

JERRY: And it's about nothing?

GEORGE: Absolutely nothing.

JERRY: So you're saying, I go in to NBC, and tell them I got this idea for a show about nothing.
So is Obama on 1st?
