Sadly, Dinger's fuxed. NASCAR doesn't forgive. And, except for Tony Stewart and Jr., all the other drivers are indistinguishable, interchangeable and easily replaced.

Depends, he could get back in, but it's going to take a year or two. If he does, look for him to go to the Nation wide series.
