Dining in Vegas for a weekend with money no object

You fly in Friday afternoon and depart Sunday night. Money is no You have up to three dinners, two breakfasts, two lunches and countless snacks at your disposal. Where do you dine?

I'm thinking out choices. You go first.
You didn't mention anything being off limits. I guess you eat every style. I'd recommend a lunch at Lotus of Siam in a strip mall off of Sahara Ave. don't eat the buffet, it's best to order from the menu. This was rated as the number one Thai restaurant in North America on a few occasions. It opens at 1130AM Monday through Friday and there will be a line if you arrive after noon.
Okay,

I'll start.

I'd like to eat dinner at Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace, Joel Robuchon at MGM and Picasso at Bellagio. As an alternate, if money is no object, I'd like custom multi course meals prepared by Bobby Flay one night and Gordon Ramsay on another night. I'm sure if the price was right, they would do it.

Lunch, I would try the 777 burger at Burger Brasserie, which includes a bottle of Dom. I would also do the $5,000 burger and bottle of Chateau Petrus at the Burger Bar.

Desserts: 25,000 Haute Chocolate and 1,000 Golden Opulence Sundae at Serendipity

Drinks: Ono Champagne Cocktail 10,000 at Ono at the Wynn

Breakfast: Bouchon and Mon Ami
I would recommend Joel Robuchon at MGM, the Pasta Tasting at B&B Ristorante, and SW at the Wynn for three great dinners. Lunch at the Chart House in the Golden Nugget. And brunch at Jasmine in the Bellagio, this is not the Buffet. Bon Appetit.

I'd go with more mainstream menus. We had reservations at little Joel's but canceled. I'm sure it's fine cooking but goat liver demi with calf kidneys just doesn't appeal to me. If money was no object you'd find me at a place like SW steak or Michael's at Souith Point. Not a fan of Bouchon. I much prefer Tableau or Verandah at that price point. We rarely each lunch in Vegas. Mostly a hearty breakfast or brunch and a nice dinner.

For snacks I'd hit up tea at Mandarin. Never tried it but what the hell, Mushman is paying.
It's not expensive but for the best breakfast/brunch with the best in Vegas view, MAG is of course a must. For a splurge have a great bottle of champagne with brunch. I'd eat there twice. I also read that Country Club at the Wynn is very good and there are great views. The restaurant has a Jazz Brunch on Sundays.

My mother treated me to Lakeside at the Wynn last summer. Wonderful meal, service and view.

Would agree re: Jasmine. Great combination of food, service, ambience and view.

Ditto Mandarin Oriental for afternoon tea or drinks.

WOW, no limit huh? Breakfast would be IHOP,silver diner and of course waffle hut. Lunch would start with mickeyD's for the Mc Ribs for sure, Pinks hot dogs and then whattaburgers! Man ,my mouth's drooling thinking about it.
Well for dinners, the first would be Outback steakhouse for sure, followed by back to back dinners at Red Lobster....mmmmmmmmmm, yummy! Pure decadence.

I'd probably do Top of the World in the Stratosphere tower...just for the view if nothing else.
Delmonico or Gordon Ramey Stk.
Sunday Brunch at the Wynn

...and Capriottis for a cheesesteak. Gotta do that.

Also second the Sunday Bruch at Jasmine, Bellagio.
For some reason we are never in Vegas on Sunday to try it, but have it on my list.

Breakfast: Blueberry French toast and an order of bacon at Mon Ami Gabi...can't beat it at any price!
Candy, I hear you my sister re: MAG's blueberry french toast! I willl be having it this Friday!!!!!!! Yum.
