Dining in Vegas for a weekend with money no object

I'm a jealous wreck, FF! Have a great time.

I've thought mine out. Tough to pare down, but ...

My favorite splurge dining experiences are tasting menus so I will have three of them.

Friday night: Joel Robuchon tasting
Saturday night: Michael Mina tasting even though I have done this three or four times in the past
Sunday night: I might be tempted by Alize since I've never been up there. Picasso (which would be a repeat), Shibuya (repeat omakase menu), or toss in a steakhouse. Maybe Carnevino since it has always intrigued me.

Saturday: breakfast outside at Mon Ami Gabi. Saturday afternoon: Tea at Mandarin Oriental, but cheating by adding a nice bottle of champagne to the tea service. Sunday: Jasmine Brunch.

If schedule allows, a cocktail at the Eiffel Tower restaurant would be in order.

Others in consideration: B&B tasting (repeat), Prime, Charlie Palmer Steakhouse, Guy Savoy, Craftsteak.

We just had the Jasmine Brunch 3 weeks ago. My host at the Mirage set it up. It's $58 per person, and despite it being comped, I would pay for it out of pocket. Lots of fresh seafood, steak and tuna tartare, lobster pot pie, Jasmine's Wu Xi Short ribs, dry aged prime rib, excellent cheeses with a delicious fig bread, and the best peking duck I ate in Las Vegas. A special room for dessert with a delicious gelato bar. Excellent service and make sure to get a fountain view table. When we're back in Vegas in a few months, we'll make sure to stay includes a Sunday so we can come back to Jasmine.

Wait. I need to add the restaurant e to the top of my list and reshuffle.
