If you've got a tomato ranch, you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen.

Well it's not like DonDiego created the weather. Or is it?
I still have a hankerin' for some Jersey Beefsteak tomatoes. We used to grow those back in Jersey! Probably one of the best tomatoes in the world.

hes' not growing mangos, kiwi or KUMQUATS man, just plain ol' 'maters
Nice tomatoes, DD!
Since I have no tomatoes and poor, old, fancy pants DonDiego has many of them, the right thing would be implement a tomato equalization plan. Since there are over 250 tomatoes in the Appalachian tomato farm, fancy pants Diego should pay his fair share into the tomato redistribution fund.
Blade thinks it's time DD made himself a 'Mater Sammich

DonDiego planted seeds for 3 varieties: Burpee "Fourth of July", Burpee "Heatwave", and an heirloom variety "Abraham Lincoln".
In mid-May he trans-planted 2 of each into his 12-foot x 6-foot oval ranch, . . . along with 7 hot-pepper plants - pinata, mariachi, and jalapeno.
All are doing well, . . . 'cept for 1 mariachi-pepper in the middle of the ranch; it's been purty near overgrowed by the 'mater vines.
Oh, . . . and 1-each of the extra-seedlings of mariach and jalapeno grow in large pots on the patio.
