El Pollo Loco

Anybody ever eat at one of these? Their stock just went public and its had a pretty big jump.

I see they have a few locations in Vegas. Probably try one in September.

They've been in Fresno for years. It's damn good for fast food.

They are all over Southern California.

For fast food they are very good.

They are here in Vegas. The best location is at the corner of Eastern and Horizon Ridge.

Tried it here in San Antonio, Tx., where it is hard to compete against all the tex-mex restaurants in this town , they are reasonably priced and most has great food. O.K. I got off track promoting our great Mexican food. El Pollo Loco has great tasting chicken but some of their side dishes is yucky, example (#1 to #10 rating #1 being very bad) mash potato & gravy I give them a #4 rating, tried their new refried beans , I give them a #2 rating tasted like a can of old El Paso beans from a can.

We have several in the Fort Lauderdale area. Their chicken is excellent.

Just read this earlier today:

Unlike most other chicken places, their chicken isn't fried. It has a marinade of citrus juices and spices and is then grilled.

We have ate at several in Las Vegas. Good food and good prices.

We had one in St Louis but it didn't last long. Don't know why it closed so quickly because I've always heard good things about the place. I've only ate there once and thought it was ok.

Isnt' "fired" the same thing as grilled?
