In case anyone is concerned, teechur and DonDiego reside on a pleasant ridge about 250 feet above the nearest creek beds. It would likely take a storm of Biblical proportions to flood poor old DonDiego's residence.

Well, alrighty then! I believe DonDiego has just volunteered to be LVA’s Designated Ark Builder. Here’s the concept: When this rain thing gets out of hand, we all head for DD’s High & Dry Tomato Ranch, board the Ark, and ride out the storm.

DonDiego will undoubtedly improve upon Noah’s original Ark design by including an onboard casino with good BJ, VP, and drink service, along with some nice restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. There should be plenty of room for this on the Ark when DD does away with the cages for all those smelly animals, which Noah felt obliged to include for some unknown reason.

My wife and I have privately communicated our personal needs to DD. We desire a private suite with a balcony, a bar (DEFINITELY, a bar), and concierge service. Our needs, as you can see, are quite modest. I’m sure DD can accommodate your needs as well, if you communicate them in a timely manner.

Let’s hear it for DonDiego! He is an Ark unto his people!!

Oh, and one more thing: C’MON RAIN!!

Everyone is welcome to join teechur and DonDiego on the SS Groper for its initial sailing, . . . in the event of really really inclement weather.

However due to occupancy limitations, there are a few rules for potential sailors to keep in mind:
__Boarding will be in the order of arrival. [see exception ii. below]
__All passengers will board 2-by-2 [see exception iii. below]



__Cabin selection will be by the rule of first-come, first grab. One cabin will be available for each male passenger and his companion(s).
__When the ark is full, the gangplank will be withdrawn and the main hatchway will be closed.


Exceptions:
i. Commodore DonDiego will have absolute authority regarding any and all activity related to the ark and its passengers and cargo - before boarding, during boarding, before sailing, during sailing, and upon debarkation. He can make up or change any rule however he pleases.
ii. The fellow pictured below, hereinafter to be known as "Tum-Tum", will be the first, after teechur and Commodore DonDiego, to board. He is a resident of Tomato Ridge who drops by the Tomato Ranch several times a day and has, thus, become essentially a member of the DonDiego family. He will be accompanied by his two girlfriends.

iii. a. Tum-Tum will arrive with two girlfriends.
iii. b. In the interest of repopulating the Earth upon recession of the seas, additional nubile human females, presumedly part of threesomes, foursomes, etc., will be permitted so long as a gentleman is recognized as being in charge of each additional female beyond his initial partner.
