For a change, some gambling chit-chat.

Heh, I remember.

The thread about breakfast (breakfast!) where a certain someone felt the need to propagate "the very valuable point" that Bob Dancer might be a tax cheat.

Ah, memories . . . .*

Hmmm. Not exactly an accurate recap of what happened. You two will never get it. Your lives are wrapped up in arguing, no matter how minor the topic is. Forkie can't even relay the context of the first post in this thread. He just sees the word Obama and feels he has to go into full defense mode even though the context of the post was to suggest this is a gambling thread.

What a shame you two chose to ruin this thread.

I really don't mind these threads getting off topic since they are just conversations. Conversations rarely stay on one topic for long.
they do get a little ridiculous sometimes but hey, some of the folks on these boards are pretty ridiculous. Go figure.

But you "haven't been there [Tennessee]" in three years. There goes temporary or transitory, huh?

How do you know Cowboy Kell spends more than nine months in California in the aggregate, Judge Forkush? He could be visiting his other temporary residences three months and one day out of the year.

Getting it back on track.

Went last month for 5 days as part of a combo gambling/ski triP (Park City).

Stayed at the Hard Rock & TI. Original tower at HR, rooms are nice. The TI is nice (made better by 3 free nights). Construction started where the pirate show was. I miss the original pirate show,

Had a very nice dinner at the Sunset Station steak house & won some money. Ate for the first time at the Hash House. Pretty good, huge portions.

Overall gambling was good as we both came out ahead.

Skiing at Park City was good, 7 foot base
so are we chatting again or still chitting all over this thread?

Um, by reading his post.

But if the obvious meaning of his words escapes you, which I doubt, at the very least he is advising others to violate California law. So alanleroy, how does that compare with swiping fruit from a hotel breakfast? Lots of people here had a conniption over that one.
Whats so bad about Tennessee? I heard it was pretty nice there.

Elvis museum, Grand Ole Opry, and killer barbecue.
Nevermind. I meant to say, "I wish there were more Sigma Derby games around'.
