Free $30 Birthday dinner certificate at Benihana

I haven't tried this myself but if anyone has information about it please post it here.

Benihana Chef's Table
Looks like a good deal. Thank you.
I took advantage of this in March for my bday at the Benihanna at LV Hilton. The prices are so expensive, it doesn't cover most dinners, but is certainly a good portion of the price.

Be sure to give the voucher to your waitress when you order, they have to take it in the back and verify it. She knew immediately what it was and how to handle it, so they must see these often.

I didn't think the food was as good as many Japanese places I've eaten throughout my travels, but it was solid. I ordered the fillet dinner, paid extra for fried rice, and a soda, and my cost (using the certifcate) was about $20 including a generous tip.

It sounds expensive.

If you were to go by yourself, they would allow you to walk out without paying a dime? (besides tip)

My wife and I used the coupons last year. They were a great deal. We used the coupon to get a dinner and then the other one got a lunch meal. Never paid more than $30 including tip (20%). They also through in a free dessert for the birthday "boy". The idea worked on us as we had not gone to the place in 2 years. after going for our birthdays and really enjoying ourselves, we go every other month now.
For the past 3 years, Benihana has sent me one every year. Happy Birthday to me!

Linky no worky. This sounds great, we're going in march. I wonder if they would honor two, my wifr and sons B-days are within a week of each other.
