We've used this deal for years and it works well. Just make sure you give them the certificate BEFORE you order, otherwise they may refuse it. Also, keep in mind it's got some restrictions on it's use (ie. not valid on any specials/promos, not valid for Express lunches, not valid on holidays, etc.) Should be no problems using it as long as you read the rules of use. I used this last year at lunch time and ordered off the dinner menu to get more bang for my buck. I believe I spent a couple of bucks to get one of the more expensive meals + tipped on the total value of the meal.

I used this for my birthday in May. If my memory serves me I think I paid around $12 including tax and tip. IMHO the food wasn't very good. The waiter upsold me to fried rice.
