Higgs, did you have a HUGE loss last year to get ALL those benefits with your platinum card?

Maybe I'm getting too old and senile. I just don't understand that when casinos are losing customers and income they are making changes to send customers away. My wife and I would go to AC at least twice a month and stay overnight. Normally we each lose a few hundred dollars to earn our 200 - 400 tier credits. How much does it really cost Harrahs? Probably about $30 for the room and $50 for food. It looks like they make a good profit on us. I am sure they prefer the bigger gamblers like Karen, but they are still making money on us small gamblers.

With the changes in the system and smart play you could conceivably attain 7 Stars for an out of pocket cost of $1,900 over the course of the year and 20 trips.

If one does not like the new requirements, stay home or find another casino.
