Is it just poor old DonDiego, . . . or has anyone else noted that the likelihood of someone accusing someone else of harboring hatred is significantly higher on the internets than it is in real life? [DonDiego is very reluctant to accuse anyone of hatred unless he has good reason. He finds use of the phrase "I hate . . ." to be much too frequent in normal conversation and especially online.]
Are folks on the internets just much more sensitive, . . . more attuned to the hatred in others , . . . or is it the anonymity of the internets which encourages folks to accuse others of bad behavior or character, . . . an accusation which they might be less inclined to make face-to-face?
Anyway, . . . for the record:
__DonDiego hates the fundamentalist Islamists who, if they were able, would impose a worldwide Islamic Caliphate, . . . and kill all infidels. [Had DonDiego been of age during World War II he likely would have hated the German Nazis, the Japanese Imperialists, and - at least a little bit - the Italian Facists, . . . but he wasn't.]
__DonDiego hates a small group of miscreants who personally victimized DonDiego in the past and whom DonDiego was unable to bring to justice.
Other than that: None.
DonDiego does not necessarily like everyone else.
He may well disagree with lots of folks, . . . without hating them.
He may object to the behavior of lots of other folks.
He may oppose the goals of lots of other folks, . . . based on principle, or personal conflicts, or any other reason he chooses.
DonDiego may express disapproval of the behavior of individuals or groups.
Interpretation of the above as "hatred" would be an error; if DonDiego were to hate anyone other than those listed above, he will state it plainly. He doubts the list will grow dramatically, as he does not have time to hate as many people as others seem to have.
As far as DonDiego knows he hates no one who has posted on the LVA Fora. [He is suspicious, but he is not certain that any of them are fundamentalist Islamists.]
