About a month ago, I had the same problem. I have ATT Yahoo and I had to call ATT to reset my password. After 3 hours on the phone, they finally were able get a temp password and was able to make a new password. Since then, I have had no problems. Good Luck

I changed it today and so far (fingers crossed) nothing has happened.

Well Giant, they have been reading about your "soap opera" postings here and figure at your age you are in need of the "little blue pill"!

you can probably buy them much cheaper thru canadian pharma compared to the USA rate.
My Yahoo account sent out emails to everybody in my contact list Sunday afternoon, no links, just my name in the email. Changed passwords, no problems since.

The good news is I've heard back from a bunch of people I've been out of contact with for years. I've already had lunch with a former neighbor, and have lot's of get-togethers planned over the next couple of weeks.

That nasty little hacker is like the Russian Oprah, bringing people together.

Great. But I once saw a live demonstration of brute-force cracking an eight character WordPress password. It took all of 20 seconds.

Consider changing your password to a pass phrase. Make it a phrase that's very easy to remember like ILoveTheSmellOfNapalmInTheMorning. For added security, every time there is an 'a' type '@', when there is an 'i' type '1', when there is a 'o' type 0. Damn near impossible to crack (but a pain to type on a smartphone).

Thank you for the advice everybody. The password reset appears to have solved it.
I've tried the little yellow pill (cialus) when I met Star one time. Seemed to work ok. But I took another pill with it from the local liquor store, and it made me dizzy.
I would have thought that after going to the liquor store you would have poured yourself a stiff one!

Good one tonyrob.
