How about the woodchipper instead?

I believe the statute in question may be unconstitutionally vague. It would allow the use of .22 LR ammunition, for example, even though many States don't allow that for peccary.
Use the wood chipper or do this:

I dunno, which is why I prefaced my statement with the word "if." But you already knew that.

Wait a minute, I know! How about ...?

(yea, Idiocracy was on the tube today)

Personally, I think that if the crime committed is particularly gruesome, the punishment should be the same. As some can tell, I am an eye for an eye kind of guy- and I am not ashamed to say so. No animal should be allowed to torture and murder and receive leniency when punished.
How about a C-4 enema? The boy goes boom and spatters into 1,000 pieces. No pain, gone in instant, the animals will clean up the bits that are left. (except for the blood)

Tortue could consist of the ever popular impaler treatment, boiling oil, a slow dip in acid, tied to a steak and burned, or a nice roast in a crematorium (tied and gagged for good measure).

I always love how you act like a drama queen. Some would say enduring you is torture.

I think one needs to look at intent.

Do I think the officials of Ohio thought that when they put this piece of shit to death, that he might suffer some discomfort? I honestly don't believe they did.

I agree and I agree. More precisely what I should have said was that if you want to allow cruel and unusual punishment, you'll need to amend the Constitution.
