How convenient

Forkie knows that Obama's a crook, yet he just doesn't care. You know it, I know it, and he knows it.

Not true - hoops source is Republican Congressman Dave Camp. Everyone who believes that is a fair handed source please raise your hand - and your IQ.

Seven organizations with the word "progressive" in their name were targeted. But Camp's bullshit report ignored:

  • Liberal organizations that advocated for medical marijuana who were TARGETED.
  • Liberal organizations that advocated for Obamacare who were TARGETED.
  • Liberal organizations that for Palestinian rights who were TARGETED.
  • Liberal organizations that included "Occupy"in their names who were TARGETED.
    ...and so on.

Also, Camp's fantasy report makes no mention of how many conservative organizations applied for tax exemption, versus how many organizations exclusively with the word "progressive" in their name applied. Do you think maybe in 2010, at the ascendancy of the Tea Party, their might have been a few more of them?

Of course ALL of them, liberal and conservative, should be targeted. Partisan political organizations should not get tax exemption under our laws.

The mouth-breathers on the AM radio are now telling you guys to call the President a "crook?" You know what this means, don't you?

You guys can't even come up with fake Obamacare horror stories anymore.
In March of this year, John Koskinen, the new IRS commissioner, testified before Congress that all the e-mails of IRS employees are “stored in servers.” The agency’s own manual specifies that it “provides for backup and recovery of records to protect against information loss or corruption.” The reason is simple. It is well known in legal and IT circles that failure to preserve e-mails can lead to a court ruling of “spoliation of evidence.” That means a judge or jury is then instructed to treat deletions as if they were deliberate destruction of incriminating evidence
    - Fake Birth Certificate
    - Big Bengazhi scandal that nobody can explain beyond saying the name of the city
    - IRS targeting conservatives (and liberals too, but who cares?)

So many important scandals to get to the bottom of....and we're still trying to get answers on this one...

If there isn't a scandal why does the story keep changing?
Obama's a crook and Forkie doesn't care. I would never make up a story, and why would I when there is so many crooked true Obama stories?

Don't mix the birth certificate issue with Bengazhi and the IRS. One was touted by nuts and the other two are legit.

They are not gone, just simply misplaced.

These are not Nixon's 18 minutes of lost time on the tapes. These are electronic emails that are on multiple servers and copied on magnetic media which is stored at a government facility. If not, do you think the IRS would lose that many years of tax returns? No chance in hell.

I hate to enter a political mud bath because it's useless.

But I will tell you first hand this kind of thing happened to me in the last couple of weeks. It's way too technical to explain but I am in the middle of a painful (not controversial) loss of information at this very moment and the outlook for recovery is bleak. Ugh. And to top it off, ironically I am the spokesperson and public information officer, among other things, for my organization.

Mush, if you have a typical email setup, there is:

    your pc
    your email server
    Your backup email server
    Your backup tapes/media

some may add OWA and the storage on that side of the house.

Each of the servers and the pc can have data recovered by various 3rd party software. Data is never deleted, just overwritten at times.

Depending upon the organization and the importance of the emails will decide what is available to you.

If you have access to OWA give them a try IF it has been less than a week since the emails went off on a walk about. Much easier to get recent data than anything else.
