Are parents allowed to sell the cookies outside such venues? Parents certainly sell them at offices.

Umm, . . . as Media is a Borough and the County Seat of Delaware County in Pennsylvania.

As the prohibition which DonDiego cited originated from the Girl Scouts of Colorado he suspects it does not apply to the ne'er-do-wells, miscreants, and reprobates of media, PA.

Did I mention that they caught the guy yesterday in Escondido? When surrounded by police, he jumped out a window in his house and made a run for it. Caught him within a block. Naturally a young punk.
