I don't understand how someone could think that school buildings donated by school districts aren't "government help".
If the survivors in West, Texas can get back on their feet without "government help", more power to them. But accepting school buildings donated by school districts is "government help".
Additionally, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), and Rep. Bill Flores (R-TX) are all trying to direct resources paid for by the federal government (aka "government help") in Washington, DC to West, Texas. Are we to believe the people of West, Texas don't want the government help that the men they elected are trying to secure for them?
I just really don't get how soonermom could write what she did.
