I am tired of it.

Lets all pitch in and get some flowers for Albeadle and DrMilled. The last 24 hours have been really rough for them.

Once again you show the inexperience of always coming out from behind the 8 ball. Lauren Bacall also died today at 89, of natural causes. She was at least as memorable a celebrity as Williams was, yet she died in dignity.

I'm not buying all this "clinical" nonsense anyway. First there's an outbreak of autism, then along comes the stupid restless leg syndrome, then we get inundated with the depression crap, and let's not forget about that liberal disease: PTSD, which can and has been used far and wide to get as many slugs as the Obama admin. possibly can onto that scam program, SSDI, just so there'll be more uneducated democratic voters stumbling around. Can you imagine the mess if this phoney PTSD were around when all our heroes came home from the hand-to-hand combat horrors of WWII?

Wow.I guess it's " if I don't have it,it doesn't exist".Typical conservative garbage.
Depression can sometimes become a burden so painful that it becomes unbearable. Most people will never experience that level of mental anguish. Most people will never understand the torture that can occur within someone's mind that reaches a point where they believe the only cure for their pain is death. It is sad when anyone reaches that point, but that pain is real.

God bless you Robin, and rest in peace. Your talent was a gift you shared with the rest of us for decades. Thank you for that.

The expected bashing from the core of all-knowing liberals has been delivered with their typical cynicism towards my postings. I am not surprised. All of their noise can not change the fact that Robin Williams took his own life after a lifetime of drug abuse. As I said before, I feel for his loved ones. To all of you know it alls, you are free to bash on, and I am sure you will.

Thank you for an excellent and thoughtful post, Bob. You are speaking for all of us who have lost friends or relatives to depression....

He took his life after a recent (and costly) divorce, and cancellation of his most recent television program. I doubt drug abuse had much, if anything, to do with it. That said, no one will ever know why his depression reached the point that it did.

Just for the record, anyone who abuses drugs for years changes the way their mind functions and reasons. You can call it depression if you want, but it is a direct result of their own actions. Committing suicide is a cowards way out. Robin Williams chose to do drugs and commit suicide. His choices.

Go to bed, angry old man. Your hateful and ignorant posts are getting really old.

Gourdhead- If you don't care for my postings then you are welcome to put me on ignore. I shall retire to bed now, as you have suggested. As for you, try and grow up and mind your manners, you young whipper snapper.
