Two Statements that speak volumes:




Irony 1




We are told NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics."




BUT on the other hand. "We are also encouraged TO judge ALL Gun Owners by the actions of a few lunatics."





How is that supposed to work?










Irony 2.




The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing this year the greatest amount of free Meals and Food Stamps ever, to 47 million people as of the most recent figures available in 2013.




Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us "Please Do Not Feed the Animals."




Their stated reason for the policy is because "The animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."



Thus Ends Today's Lesson On Irony

Aaaaa....isn't the OP exactly in line with the stated definition of irony?

Somebody please explain how, if the good Doc has so many people on ignore, (as seems to be indicated every time he quotes one of the many FFA posters that irritate him), he is able to read their LVA posts ?

Is it just that he really, really wants to put that poster on ignore, but can't bear to pull the trigger, lest he miss a post that rips on one of his precious Republicans ?

Perfect. You get schooled for the semi-illiterate title to this thread, and now you say it's over MY head. Now that's irony!

Next time, try to do it on purpose.

1. Nobody has ever encouraged me, nor have I seen anybody else encouraged, "TO judge ALL Gun Owners by the actions of a few lunatics."

2. While growing up my parents taught me not to compare people to wild animals simply because they are less fortunate than myself.

3. My bet is that nobody puts the Doc on ignore - we all need a good laugh occasionally....

marcisdave- you must have missed my posting long ago that said I no longer had anyone on "ignore". Just as gourhead stated, I also need a good laugh occasionally. So you know it all liberals keep on posting your twisted vision of reality and I will keep on laughing..
