And just how is this victory to you? What dog did you have in tHis fight? The continued non-participation in any threads? Please clarify what interest other than it Has Been zoned to Be more ken-friendly? If thats all it is, then thats a pretty pompous ass attitude to have. You never had to read any of it(but you sure like to bitch about them) so,again, what exactly, dog did you have in this fight?

Ken's "books" are marketed by Anthony --- there is a financial relationship.

Follow the money.......it will be easy to follow the money leaving LVA. Mine will.

It may even be Illegal to change the terms oif service of paying customers without their consent.

Too bad - Anthony used to be an intelligent business man.

Godwin's Law: As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1.

Although Kumquat's post was the first response on this thread. DonDiego chooses to cite the canonical form of Godwin's Law, as proposed by Mr. Godwin, himself: "[W]hoever mentioned the Nazis has automatically lost whatever debate was in progress."

DonDiego trusts the judgement of Messrs. Curtis and odysseus in all such matters.

The First Amendment is my personal favorite, but while performing the ignoble task of moderating a commercial Facebook page, I must occasionally remind participants that the forum is not a democracy, nor does it claim to be.

The moderators of this particular forum have explained that the issue is not political content ... the issue is the inability of human adults to conduct themselves with any degree of civility when reacting to political content. If we could play well with others, we could probably discuss anything on these pages. But we can't. For some reason, this point remains elusive.

Non-participation is a another tenet of freedom.
Its no big deal. The conversation will just have to turn to non-political topics....like the oppressive government investment in electric cars.

Well said franksynopsis!!

To all the folks who got ass-hurt about the reason for this thread....

Nobody on the LVA is banning your ability to go argue politics, till you're blue in the face, on a web site where political bickering is appropriate.

I know...what a hell of an idea huh?

I wouldn't go to a political message board, and argue about who has the best Vegas buffet.

I don't know why you all can't just go over there and argue politics, if it really means that much to you.

Do your moms only allow you to visit one message board per day? LOL

If that site is riddled with post after post full of political bickering, and name calling, and nothing ever gets resolved... EVER!!....Then NO THANKS.

I like my Vegas content, politics free.

I'm not on the paid side so this change doesn't affect me. Talking about a dog in a fight, why would Kumquat care what goes on on the paid side if he's not a member? Why Ken posted a victory lap dance on the free side is also puzzling. Life if full of mysteries.
