Last Vegas - The Movie with a Short Review

Well I saw Last Vegas last night. GREAT movie. I think any age would enjoy it because they have parents or grandparents that these four guys will remind you of. I think Kevin Kline has the funniest lines/scenes in the movie. Morgan Freeman would come next.

It's a movie more about the strength of the friendship of four friends from Flatbush than a comedy. There are quite a few parts that are funny as hell, mostly towards the first half of the movie. I won't give out any spoilers.

Their friendship has endured sixty years even though they live all over. It's also a love story of sorts.

Oh, and the Vegas parts, Binions, the Neon Graveyard, walking the strip, the Aria and it's pool party. Funny thing is I didn't see any other old people other that the four stars in the scenes walking along the strip. Just a bunch of eye candy, go figure.

I would highly recommend this movie to anyone, and I think it is a must see for anyone who likes Vegas, you'll get some of the jokes others might not.

PJ,

You're not even close, this movie is nothing like "The Bucket List".
Why is Pistroh always so negative.?
Put me down as a "Can't Wait" for this movie

DiNiro can be pretty funny,
especially when he nods his head and does that stupid looking smiling-grin of his

Rick, in this movie it's a scowl! Nuff said so I don't spoil it.
I ran across this. YMMV. I have used GOFOBO.com with much success:

Just saw Last Vegas this afternoon. It's pretty good. Don't know if I'd like it if I was 25 years old but I liked just fine at my age. If you see it, there is a short tribute to Phoebe

Madcat and I saw it yesterday. You are right on Snidely. We thought it was good and were impressed that there was an actual storyline to follow.
Thanks, plan to go see it this weekend.
