laughlin for a day

One day is about right for Laughlin. There's just not much there.

Make sure to visit the Pioneer Casino. Its a small casino next to Aquarius. Really old school: Wooden floors, decorated with antique gambling machines. Low limits, loose machines, very sweet people. One of my favorite casinos anywhere.

Their Osso Buco is very good, as is the shrimp scampi appetizer.

Thank you to ALL for the great suggestions! This has really helped me get an idea of what to expect and sort of plan the day for hubby and myself in my haphazard kind of way! After having been a "long time listener, first time caller", it is nice to take part in the conversations!

Gaze into the river and you will see huge carp swimming around. Awesome!
