Lois Lerner.........non-Vegas topic

This is getting more fun by the day.

Government IT folks have stated during recent interviews that Lois Lerner's hard drive didn't crash, but instead was only scratched. Furthermore, these IT folks suggested that the hard drive be sent to a private company as it was likely that most data could be recovered. Instead, the IRS (during the investigation) decided to have the hard drive shredded. Apparently many more key IRS folks had computers with similar problems. How many key IRS personnel had computers with similar problems, you ask................I've read "less than 20" computers containing emails of key IRS folks found a similar demise. Boy, they've been busy!

Investigators will eventually get to the bottom of this and lots of folks are going to "The Big House".

It seems to me no matter what you do (breaking the law) if you are tied t the government it is like you get a get out of jail card.....no matter what the crime you commit you walk. Well if we ever set term limits I surely hope it starts with the Supreme Court no one should have a life time appointment job anywhere. Lois Lerner if she would by accident swing she will take a lot of people with her...If you are high enough in government you are blessed like the Thanksgiving turkey at the White House you simply get a pardon without all the press. I would like to know what is the average amount of time you have to spend in a elected office before you start lying and stealing from the very people who put you there.

The thing I don't get is this: Is the IRS really storing e-mails on individual PCs...like in outlook .pst files? Don't they have Exchange Servers where those e-mails are kept in databases? I don't know of any organization with more than a couple of employees that allow e-mails to be kept on local hard drives....it's too hard to manage. If the IRS is really doing that, it shows great incompetence.

The truth of the matter is that the IRS is lying. Excuses, excuses, excuses. All of the excuses are lies, with the Obeyme administration directing the whole mess.

Anyone planning to try this excuse/defense at their IRS Audit?

This IS the Federal Government we are talking about, incompetence is their middle name.

IF they act somewhat like a business, the exchange server and backup servers contain the emails at various locations to have multiple layers of backup in case of emergency. Then of course are the on and off site backups along with the monthly/quarterly/yearly backups which are maintained for at least 7 years.

But since we are talking about an agency of the Federal Government..... it's FUBAR!!!!

I disagree. If they are not doing a good job of keeping records, it's not incompetence but instead intentional deceit.

Obviously the IRS is lying intentionally across the board on this. Obviously. It's doing this to protect the big O. Obviously. He's the one who called for the harassment of Conservative groups. Obviously.

I'd still like to bang Lois Lerner. All night long.

Obama will just say Bush shredded them, and the media and liberals will say, yes W did it, and your a racist if you disagree. Obama is the biggest joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really is embarrassing.
