New York City cops went all the way to the mall in Washington DC to make those arrests? You're kidding!

Yup. Some dude name Luke Rudkowski took that picture at the NYC Vietnam Memorial on 10/7.

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.
What part of ILLEGAL do you not understand? Let me try to explain for you. It means they are criminals! It means they gained entry into the U.S. by means other than those of all the people that went to the trouble of acquiring visas or passports and enter through ports of entry, etc.

Point is, they don't deserve a rally for amnesty. They should all be deported as the criminals that they are and be made to apply for entry like everyone else who enters legally. What happened to the vets was a disgrace and to compare it to this is just disgusting. I'm a vet and I sure as hell didn't fight for these criminals and never would!! The only flag I want flying over my mall is the Stars and Stripes. If they are so proud of the Mexican flag then by all means let them stay in Mexico and stand under it all the time or else gain entry to the U.S. legally, become a citizen and stand proudly under ours.

Oh spare me the hysterics; get hormone therapy if you must.

In the last decade, both President George W. Bush and John McCain supported comprehensive immigration reform - and amnesty in some instances - as did President Ronald Reagan in his time, so stop pretending this is a radical position. Besides, that wasn't my point.

American citizens have the right to peaceably assemble, and that principal is more central to our beliefs than any flag or memorial or anthem. The best thing about America is that we grant First Amendments rights to everyone, even those we disagree with. Especially those we disagree with.

And the worst thing about America is those who don't get that.

This is one of those times you are absolutely correct.

Really? How many other laws do you just ignore if it doesn't adhere to your political views? Drunk driving, robbery, home invasion? The law is the law. Until it is changed and everyone is allowed to just wander in as they please, or we erase our borders, they ARE criminals and should be treated as such.

How about we put them all up in YOUR neighborhood? I like THAT idea. Let them raise the Mexican flag over your community square.
