New casino reality show (Binion's) airs tonight on TLC

Will we like Binion's as much as Canadians do?

Just like Alan Thicke, the metric system and poutine, the staff of Binion’s is a much bigger deal in Canada.

But that could change now that TLC has acquired the 10-episode reality show “Casino Confidential” (8 p.m. today).

Filmed over the summer of 2011 for the Canadian cable channel TVtropolis, the series follows the bosses, dining staff, security and Cowgirls — the young, booty-shorts-and-fishnets-wearing dealers — at the famed Fremont Street casino.
Thanks for this info.

I'm looking forward to seeing this show.

Thanks for letting everybody know.

I miss getting my Vegas TV fixes since the Travel Channel has become the "eat as much or as weird stuff as you can" channel.

Thanks for viewing info.... glad to see TC air some new casino/gambling type programs.
I enjoyed the first 2 episodes. I'm sure others will pick it apart, but it was Vegas reality and a never before seen show.
Thanks for the heads up.
Watched the last 15-min of the show last night. Figured they would have a little more training for the 'new girl' that didn't want to be a cocktail waitress so they let he deal poker.... at Binions!!!! She will likely make a good downtown 'girl'.

The antics dislayed by the two cowgirls dealers after drinking to excess and the behavior of the shirtless canadian drunks exposing his genitials and getting arrested is a strong reinforcement of why not to drink alcohol. I've not had a drink in over 11 years and don't miss it.
This is what I posted over on the paid side...

IMHO, it was terrible.

Switch a BJ dealer to deal live poker in a tournament??

And who in their right mind would expect a person who never dealt BJ before be able to run a live game with 5 minutes of training? I guess the management at Binions never heard of many dealer's schools in Las Vegas.

If this is any indication of the level of expertise of Binion's management, then Terry Caudill had better find new people.

But I guess it was marginally better than reruns of The Big Bang Theory. Wait a minute, just thought about Kaley Cuoco...nevermind it ain't better...even marginally.

How do you know she did not attend dealer school? She laid out the cards like a dealer.
She just needed more training and the dealer helping her was a bitch.
It's for entertainment. Lighten up.
