It's pretty obvious that the daughter wasn't exposed to any kind of tanning! The Mom on the other hand...well what can you say about her? OVER EXPOSURE!!!!

They said the cild has 2nd degree burns, Good LORD! Plus she is fair( read easy burn) skined and red hair.

The salon owner says the child did not use the tanning equipment. I hope that's true, that the owner's not simply framing his story around the NJ law that you have to be 14 to tan.

Why would the tanning salon even want the woman's business escapes me.
Word of mouth advertising and this kook is the result would drive customers away in my opinion.
