Looking at their website, this looks like it is only a bar and not a restaurant.

The group went to Frankies but I didn't. From my understanding it is a Tiki hut with a LOUD, DRINKING , FUN PARTY crowd. Slamming strong drinks. Not an ideal meet and greet. place. but a fun place to people watch and catch a buzz.

Atomic Testing Museum has been on my list for years. Staying long enough that I didn't feel like I "had" to party every night is another. My next 10 day trip in December I think I might knock them both off.
