The one restaurant you always visit and why...?

I'd be amiss if I didn't mention the Society Cafe at the Encore. 1st Coffee Shop given a 5 star rating. Breakfast is unbelievable and so it their Kobe beef burger. To die for and it isn't much more expensive than their regular burger. Doesn't get much better than this!
Great Suggestions so far. I truly appreciate your input. Anyone else? Not going till March.
There are 3 restaurants I try to go to every trip.
Breakfast - Egg Works on W. Tropicana
Lunch - Sushi21 in strip mall next to Wallgreens on S. Decatur and Tropicana Ave
Dinner - Prime Rib Loft at the Orleans - Great dinners for half the price of on the strip.

The FLAME, so worth it with LVA coupon. And the Grand Lux at the Venetian has been a favorite for a long time. And I like Mon Ami Gabi real well (although my daughter went there a couple weeks ago on a business trip and was a bit disappointed). Gail

We went to Flame at the El Cortez, it was outstanding. we'll be sure to go back.
We also love Grimaldi's Pizza. mmmmmmmmmmmm

Harley Davidson Café is a fun treat.

Hash house a go go is tasty, but huge portions.

Breakfast = Ellis Island - cinnamon French toast for my wife, easy over eggs for me

Brunch = Border Grill with unlimited mimosas

Lunch = street tacos at Tacos el Gordo, Taco y Taco or Taco Tijuana. The latter is our new favorite with a restauant.com certificate.

Dinner - too many choices to return anywhere each trip, but one of our perennial favorites is the Oyster Bar at either Palace Station (the best) or Sunset Station. Also, we have been going to Todd's Unique for many years - no corkage on Wednesdays.
I second Ellis Island, good food at a great price and you can't go wrong with their beers!!
Lots of suggestions for Ellis Island...so I ask, really?? Is it really worth it?
Hi Carrie....Usually hit Flame, loved Brand when we were there in Sept. Mon Ami Gabi...Love it Hugos cellar is great. Nine fine Irishman.

Worth your money or worth your time? We'll go to Ellis Island on one of our dive days in Vegas where we go low budget. You can have a lot of fun there for little money. But it's not a classy place to plan a meal around.
I have had a few nice meals at the Steakhouse on top of BINION'S.
