Pens Flyers brawl

Did anyone else see that game today? I have no idea how many total penalty's there were but there were fights breaking out evry couple minutes, even crosby and Gireaux squared off. The pens bench looked about half empty by the end of the game.

I don't know what it is. The Flyers have the Pens number. I just hope they can figure out the Rangers. It would be a shame to knock out the Pens , only to lose to the Rangers.

Hockey, as played today, is nothing more than thuggery.

I know. It seems everytime the playoffs roll around and we end up playing the flyers its' likE "oh sh!t, I know whats gonna happen here", and we get our ass handed to us. You could see the pens frustrations yesterday tho, it became pretty funny by the end, seemed the ref'd blow the whistle to start play and a fight would break out. At least there were a few goals thrown in there during the game

Hockey is practically a non-contact sport compared to what it was 30 years ago.

I'm not a Flyers fan, but I'm a big Team That's Playing the Pens fan. Was great to see the Pens show that they're not the classy outfit they want us to think they are.

I did gain some more appreciation for Crosby, though. He and his fragile noggin are not long for this game, but he's not going to spend what little time he'll have running scared. I even liked his move with Voracek's glove.

Couldn't disagree more. Yes, there's far less fighting. But the sport itself is far rougher than it's ever been. Players are bigger and faster and wearing far better padding. The free space Gretzky had 30 years ago simply doesn't exist anymore.

The penguins are a disgrace to hockey. They were favored by many sportsbooks to win the cup at 7-2 after sissy crosby returned, but the Flyers have completely dominated them, scoring 8 goals a game in each of the last 2.
Three of the penguins should get suspensions for there cheap head hunting shots. The Flyers have had their way with the penguins this year, and own them in Pittsburg.
I bet the Flyers at 15-1 for the cup, and 7-1 for the East back in October, and February on my 2 trips to Vegas. Now the odds are 4-1 for the cup, and 3-1 for the East. Looks good so far. GO Flyers.

The other night I went to the fights and a hockey game broke out.
