They changed the name but left in place the same shabby rooms. I've seen them going for under $20/night on the booking sites.
The casino suffers from accessibility...the strip-walkers dont really pop in for the quick bet they way they do with many other casinos. You have to go out of your way to go in there...and lets be honest there's not much there worth going out of your way for.
I found it very ironic when they announced the name change, that an Asian themed hotel/casino would use a name that depicts a number considered very unlucky in most Asian cultures. Evidently they weren't paying attention when MGM had to spend $25 mill to redo the entrance to their new casino because many Asians refused to enter a casino through a lion's mouth!
