President Obama Approval at 72% [NOT a Las Vegas Thread]

In summary...Obama is lazy despite working more days than any recent predecessor. And Congress is no different than any Congress despite working fewer days and passing fewer bills than any Congress in history.

Theres a good reason why Republicans are disproportionately the subject of late night comedians.

As usual, you are off the mark in a big way. Must be that unhappiness. The only two clowns weaker than you in this area are Pelosi & Read.

Late night comedians would be having a field day if this president were not black. One stray critical word and they'd be accused of being racists, their advertisers would disappear out of similar fears, and their shows would be cancelled. The only more coddled group are Muslims.

I've never complained about Obama's days off. I have complained, however, about those who assume that Bush was never working while at his ranch.

I'm confident that a US president is not working while on the golf course, unless he's with a high level politician.

No you got it wrong. In Summary: Democrats and Republicans in both Houses of Congress and the White House are some of the most overpaid, underworked and incompetent employees we have. They are screwing the American People while they focus their time and energy on their personal and political gain....mostly at the behest of their lobbyist masters.

It's been that way for many years. Sure some may work a little harder than others, but a small matter of degree. Clinton took fewer vacation days than Obama or Bush by far....but still a lot more than your average taxpayer. The Pelosi Congress certainly wasn't the worst vacationing congress in history...maybe only second or third worst. I'm sure that makes pjstroh proud. it makes AlanLeroy disgusted with both parties....and the hacks who try to pimp their 'team' by claiming it's slightly better than the other guy.

We need new players and new teams.

Does obama count as a workday when all he does that day is attend fundraisers or play golf? He has been at almost 400 fundraisers(a record & he still has 2+ years) and over 180 rounds of golf (another record)

If Obama plays golf as well as he throws a baseball, his rounds take a long time too.
