Real Justice

Don Diego- I advocate the use of the wood chopper for 2 reasons-1) it will allow the murderer an opportunity to appreciate the pain he has administered to the victims of his murders, and 2) if this type of "justice" was known to be administered, I believe it would be a deterrent to those who willfully murder. I don't call this type of punishment " torture" I call it " justice". I also feel this type of punishment should be a national law, one that trumps state laws. No more life in prison, no more insanity pleas.Anyone who commits these types of murder deserves no mercy.
With all the violence that is shown on the big screen as well as tv what would be wrong showing a actual execution on tv.....I remember when I was very young an seen in a movie a person that was executed and to this day it still sticks in my memory...as a society we have slipped way below the line of accetpable so what I mean we have to start somewhere trying so let younger children actullly see it----what age I have no idea as to when but I was only about 8 years old when I seen it at the movies and still remember it..............We live in a very sick world out there today and there are a lot of sick people out there that have no reguard for a human life as you can easily read in any newspaper daily.........I am one in full support of the death penatly being brought back and in cases where there is no doubt carried out.....

"We live in a very sick world out there today..." So let's start showing our young children government sponsored homicides? What a great idea for a new TV reality show! Maybe we should use the wood chipper to make it stick in the kiddies' memories better....

DonDiego thanks drmilled for his detailed explanation.

What drmilled proposes is unconstitutional, regardless of his use of the words "justice". And besides, DonDiego doesn't much care for national laws that trump state laws; he prefers a strong federal system to a strong central government.

(n.b.DonDiego does have difficulty with the "insanity plea" defense; he proposes one plea "guilty by reason of insanity" not "innocent", and allow consideration of one's mental state in the penalty phase of the trial.)

I tend to think anyone who fantasizes about putting someone in a wood chipper for any reason probably has some issues of their own and should focus on getting their own mental state in order

Since I dont have those issues, I'll weigh in. I'd like to see the suspect captured alive so he can be interrogated. That way we can learn more details about the incident like..., possible other people involved, ....and how the 2 brothers came to be radicalized. That probably doesn't have the sadisitic value of entertainment Dr Milled is looking for. But we all get our jollies in different ways. I play golf, for example.
Sick Mr Wallace on 'em.

"I tell you what now. Gonna call a coupla hard pipe hittin nigga's over here with a blow torch and a pair a pliers, YOU HEAR ME Mr. HILLBILLY RAPSIST BOY? I'm gonna get MEDIEVAL on yo'ass!"

or something like thta.
jatki99- that would be a great place to start.
melonhead it is really not called government sponsored homicide when you put some sorry ass sick SOB's to death it called justice in a civil society. Wake up and smell the roses we live in a reality world today. What these two assholes did and many more like them did today deserve the death penalty..That sorry ass aunt of theirs needs put on a plane and sent back to the homeland tomorrow.......by the way the father was not that impressive either......Reality is changing the direction that we are headed in today...
"Reality is changing the direction that we are headed in today....."
Word
I always thought if the REAL people that organized 911...and it isn't Bin Laden...were caught...that each of the families that lost someone during 911...would be strung up...and each of the surviving families were allowed to take a razor and cut a one inch gash in each of these culprits. Then just let them bleed to death.
