God bless thegreek. I may or may not agree with you, but at least I understand what you said this time.

Never give up man.

I agree with you saying that the criminals have too many rights. You commit the crime, your rights are all gone. Lawyers today are spending "our" money to try and get these crooks, killers, thiefs, dope peddlers, off--ie Jody Arias.
A wood chipper? Really? I think someone was just a bit too taken by that viewing of Fargo the other night. Perhaps you should pop up some Reddenbacher's and watch Bambi with the family to balance things out and get things back in proper perspective. Wood chipper indeed!

Luckily you will never, ever, ever, have any chance to effect any meaningful change on our justice system. It may have its faults, but at least its better than anything your sick mind has thus far come up with.

I'll grant you mistakes are made often enough that one has to question the system from time to time, but there are also built-in methodes to rectify these mistakes so i'd call that a push when you compare our system to others around the world.

And it certainly beats the hell out of your wood chipper fantasies.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

So if we had a few wood chipper executions under our belts, would they still be 'unusual'?

Perhaps, but it would still be cruel. Guess we have have those Cambridge anti-Christian leftists that wrote the Constitution to blame for this.

DonDiego prefers Bambi Meets Godzilla.

And one can get by with a small popcorn.
