Richie Incognito is he a Bully?

What are your thoughts about this incident? IMO it seems like the guy has some issues.
He has probably played his last down in the NFL. That sign doesn't even begin to show what he did and said.

No one likes taxes except lying politicians.

I don't know enough to say he's a bully, but he's clearly not a nice person. I was on the golf course with Sean O'Hara of the Giants. He's a nice person.
Seems he's always been a bully. This Yahoo! blog post has a chronology of his many acts of bullying.

I've never experienced someone like this who wasn't himself a terrible victim of someone else, often a parent. Whole thing is just awful.

I can't seem to find it online, but the national sports radio show I was listening today played the audio friom the 2013 Dolphins pre-game appeal to fans. It's shown before every home game. Or, at least, it was.

Apparently, it's Incognito at a Polo match, dressed to the nines, imploring the fans to behave themselves, not use profanity or slurs, not throw things, fight, etc. To be......"cultured". In fact, he even uses the tagline "anything else would be uncivilized".

Ahh the irony.

Both the Miami Dolphins website, and another news source, had "links" to that introduction video but now they are gone. LOL
Found it.

Irony
Roid rage?
I like that part where he was a Duck for one week. Who says we don't have standards?

USA today had several articles on Incognito today( OT anyone else know USA Today is now two bucks!? Holy crap!) and many teams had a "pass" on him, he's had a long history of trouble. According to USAT he's went through a few teams in college because of anger issues or whatever you wanna call'em. I can't recall all of 'em or the chronology but there were more than your avg bear.
