I realize the District Attorney has better things to do then get involved in this soap opera, BUT didn't you confess to threaten to physically assaulting this person on several occasions. I would assume the detective appreciates your honesty, but it might be because it makes his case a lot easier. Regardless of the circumstances, a threat of harm has been made and the person who has made that threat, admits to doing so. Sorry, Bags maybe a smarter thing would be to consult a criminal attorney before giving the detective your statement. To threaten someone repeatedly does not seem to be justifiable over a laptop. To be safe, I would really consult an attorney to protect yourself. Shar, Star or whatever her name is better move over and make room for some of these characters.

I'm really not worried about the LA DA filing any charges. This detective will advise against it. If push comes to shove, I'll have the SD DA make a call and it will all go away. When you are dealing with DA's office for 15 years and the SD Sheriff's Dept. is one of your customers, not too many bad things are going to happen unless it's outright murder.

My h2b is a police officer and I don't think he would take kindly to me threatening someone.
Especially over a laptop that I gave to a known criminal.

I just don't understand! Haven't people realized by now that things you post on the Internet will be in cyberspace FOREVER and will come back to bite you in the ass. Seems like we've been down this road before. And yes I mean this whole soap opera.
