SuperBowl XLVIII - Commercials

Today Budweiser released a one-minute commercial scheduled for the Super Bowl:

"Puppy Love"
I liked this pre Superbowl Superbowl ad featuring:

, , and

I challenge anyone with an IQ over room temperature to reflect and find anything in that Pepsi ad funny or entertaining. It's just noise and stupid.
I think that Bud ad is absolutely the greatest! They won last year when the guy that raised the Clydesdale and was reunited with the horse when he broke away on the street. This years ad is very cute as it involves lab puppies. If you're a dog owner it has to bring a tear to your eyes!

I actually got to meet the driver of the Clydesdales (Doug) during the holidays. They had to take the horses out to Thousand Oaks for the filming of the commercial.

That has got to be the greatest job in 'Merica, . . . ceptin' maybe for the guy who drives the Oscar Meyer WeinerMobile.

The combined reins weigh 40 pounds in each hand. They have a second driver on board to relieve the primary driver.

I got the opportunity to pet a couple of the Clydesdales.
I also got to meet the Dalmation who rides on the wagon. He was a well behaved dog.
I have ridden in a Clydesdale-driven stagecoach in a parade. What a treat.
I saw the puppy ad earlier and posted to FB what a lovely ad. Thanks for sharing it here DD.
We saw the clydesdales at Busch gardens one time, I knew those horses were bigger than most horses, but DAMN, those guys are huge!
