That's why we have "progressives".
"like lecturing people on how to live their lives."

Sadly I am a Jets fan & saw a lot of what was happening. Tebow never lectured anybody; although the press made it an issue & constantly asked him questions. Oddly the press never hounds the rapists, drug users murderers and other thugs that roam the league

The Jets created the fiasco by holding a press conference the day they got him (this is never done for a backup QB). They spent a lot time promoting how they were going to implement him in their offense. When they didn't use him & sanchez continued to spiral downward that became a big story. Photos of Ryan's wife with a Sanchez tattoo just added more fuel.

I think he will wind up in the CFL where he has a better chance of starting & proving that he can start in the NFL.

The Jets may go 0-16 next season. They haven't improved their crappy offense and have lost 6 starters on defense. PSL holders are loving their investment
Jets really screwed TT over. They never released him before the draft so he could possibly catch on with another team. Even with Sanchez performing very poorly in late season games, they never put him in to give him a chance.

Yep, it was real classy how the Jets handled the whole situation. I know kids that went to school with TT and based upon what they say, Tim is the real deal and he walks the walk. I have been a Gator fan forever and we all thought he would never cut it as a stater at UF. I would love to see him get a real chance to play in the NFL and then then, good or bad, the disucssion would be over.

He'll soon be on one of those local TV stations advertizing some used car lot.

Rick
There's someone that can use him in the "right" way!

Maybe some day he'll see the light.

Weird how our society is nowadays, huh?

If Tebow were gay, he'd celebrate every touchdown pass by humping one of his teammates.

And ever see pictures of those outrageous and offensive guys in gay rights parades wearing thongs and little else? That's just there way of Tebowing!
Why do people care about what God a person prays to or who they have or don't have sex with? Maybe Tebow's piety makes people uncomfortable.

One preaches for gay equality - the other for gay discrimination.

"Weird" probably isn't the word I'd use to describe that difference. But its a free country.
