So even though in the last four terms the Ninth Circuit was not the most overruled circuit, and in the last four terms the 6th circuit was overruled at a higher rate every year, the 9th still reigns as the most overruled circuit in hoops2's information void.

2011: 4th most overruled circuit (behind 2nd, 6th, and 11th)
2010: 3rd most overruled circuit (behind 5th and 6th).
2009: 8th most overruled circuit (behind 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 11th)
