Top 5 Downtown Restaurants

What, in your opinion, are the top 5 places to eat in Downtown Las Vegas? It doesn't have to be in order.
Second Street Grill
Andiamos
Hugo's Cellar
Triple George
Eat

The Flame with LVA coupon cracks the top 5

RIP Andre's.

never been to Eat so I'd add in Vic & Anthony's.
Haven't been to Hugo's in over 15 years. I know it was very good then, so hopefully it hasn't changed.

I meant to include Vic & Anthony's. I lost track of it on my list. Here is my revised list:

Second Street Grill
Andiamos
Hugo's Cellar
Vic and Anthony's
Eat

The Flame with LVA coupon cracks the top 5. Or cracks the Top 6 if you include my original Triple George on the list.

I've eaten at each of your top 5, with the exception of Eat. I would return to each place, however I especially like Andiamos Italian Steakhouse. It's expensive, but still 60 cents on the dollar vs comparable top notch steak houses on the Vegas Strip.

Like many steak joints, Andiamo's serves large volume family style side items to share. I ordered the 20 oz bone in rib eye, shared plenty of 5 or 6 sides with friends, had a Caesar salad and no desert. I think my after tax bill was about $65 plus tip (excluding my drink and glass of wine). Like at any nice restaurant, one can do serious financial damage while exploring the wine list.

We are usually budget minded, so I'll only offer up four choices:

Le Thai (top-notch spicy food and service)
Eat (their pancakes put Dupars to shame)
The Flame (excellent value with 50% off coupon)
Pop up Pizza (great pizza, great price)

Just curious, but has anyone eaten at Oscar's Beef, Booze, and Broads? It seemed like they were attempting to make it a first class steakhouse and I was wondering if they succeeded.
Eat...get the shrimp po'boy
Pizza Rock
Flame
Sushi bar in Golden Nugget.
Radio city pizza...not quite as good as Pizza Rock...but they have dirt cheap specials

I ate there last September. The "Broads" are all gone. I was told by the bartender they started off with 7 girls and it eventually dropped to only one girl. That girl has since left.

I had crab cakes as an appetizer. They were big and good. You could almost have made a small meal of them.

I had a petite filet with two sides. All were very good.

I would give them 4 out of 5 stars.
