Vegas flash floods

Our second trip to Vegas we stayed at the then Summer Bay resorts which was located right behind the IP and while it didn't rain when we were there it had apperantly rained really hard right before we arrived. There was trash and debris strewn EVERYWHERE. It was really obvious a huge wall of water had just come through there.

We also were back there when it rained just a wee bit and it was enought o wash all the trash out of the lot.

I was suppose to fly home on Wed. at 4:30 pm and at 10:00 am SWA called me and said
my 4:30 pm flight was not going to happen, I could go out to the airport and try the 6:30 flight,
but I would miss my Denver connection, SO reluctenly I just had them rebook me for another day
in Vegas, stretching my trip from 7 to 8 days. AAHH the joys of rain in Vegas!! What a blessing.

Does this mean ken2v will be sporting the latest in high-water pants fashion on his next Vegas trip?

I've been to Hawaii thrice since my last Vegas visit so the likelihood is an aloha shirt. I'll get back to Sin City but it's not high on the priority list.
