The reader need not fear for poor old DonDiego's safety. The Appalachian Region will be seasonably warm with a likelihood of pleasant, life-giving thunderstorms over the next several days.
Flying out tomorrow for a 10 day trip,
between Sionow's report and your's,
it looks like I'm in for a very Hot stay.
We just got back from LV and had reasonable temps for summer during our stay. Glad we left before the heat wave. Of course when you are staying at one of the mega resorts, there is no reason to out in the heat.
What the heck happened to it?
Lorana Bobbit?

Enjoy the cool casinos
There's a storm a-commin.

115 degrees here we come!
My personal Vegas record was 114...but it was a dry heat!
Actually got a flat tire on my dad's car and had to change it in the heat...sucked.
I did the Hoover Dam tour in July of 2001 (before 9/11) It was 116 degrees that day.
Our very first visit('99) I beleive it was around 110. I remember the soles of my teva's were getting mushy.
