What Do You Think Of Stations Oyster Bar?

weggie is right on. I won't bother with seafood much in Vegas, its generally inferior. We had a red lobster in our area for awhile but it didn't last. People in the great northeast know their seafood for sure. And we're pretty snobish about it too. Oh well, time to go shuck some fresh quahaugs so I can make some REAL stuffed clams and the best chowda in the world.
I was at Palace Station last Saturday to see friends in a band. At 2 am I was thinking about seeing if I could get a cup of clam chowder to go from the oyster bar. There was a long line of people waiting to be seated.

And then came the New Testament....Thank You Jesus and shuck the Oysters!

Thank You Cowboy, you beat me to it. BTW my Christmas lights are still up.

We stay at Palace station, and the oyster bar is always busy except at odd hours. I, too, live in New England, and tend to skip fish restaurants in other areas because the prices are usually too high for poor quality seafood. I would love to try the oyster bar at Palace station, but I don't welcome sitting at those overly high chairs at the counter. I really wish they would expand to a seated restaurant area. They certainly have the numbers to warrant it. Perhaps I will break down and try it in April.
