Sure they want to drill in pristine locations because they have determined it would be easier and cheaper to extract the oil from those locations. However, it wouldn’t increase the supply of oil on the market. While the oil was flowing from that low hanging fruit they would just cut back production elsewhere and pad their profits with the decreased costs. They would laugh all the way to the bank relishing in the thought of how they duped the rubes once again.

EPA. That controls ObeyMe's world. The Chinese are loving ObeyMe's energy policies and have since he took office. They are drilling in the gulf where ObeyMe says American oil companies can't. They aren't doing it for a negative balance sheet.
