None at present.
__One is subject to capital punishment by 35 States and the Federal Government. Lethal Injection is the primary method in all 35 States.
Among the 36 jurisdictions:
__New Mexico, Connecticut, and Maryland abolished the death penalty but their laws were not retroactive, leaving inmates on death row in each state.
__Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia could permit Electrocution under certain circumstances, e.g. prisoner's preference.
__Arizona, Missouri, and Wyoming could permit the Gas Chamber.
__Delaware, New Hampshire, and Washington could allow Hanging. In Delaware Hanging remains on the books as an alternative for those whose offense occurred prior to 6/13/86, but as of July 2003 no inmates on death row were elligible to choose this alternative and Delaware dismantled its gallows.
__Utah authorizes Firing Squad if lethal injection is held unconstitutional or for inmates who selected execution by firing squad prior to May 3, 2004.
__Oklahoma authorizes Electrocution if Lethal Injection is ever held to be unconstitutional and Firing Squad if both Lethal Injection and Electrocution are held unconstitutional. Those Oklahomans just do not trust that Supreme Court.

Were poor old DonDiego incarcerated and subject to the Death Penalty, his first preference would be Escape; . . . his second would be Firing Squad, but by a long margin, and he would reject the blindfold in a show of bravado.
