What is there to do in Laughlin?

ABHEADLE--Have to agree with you 100% Reid is an airhead but a very rich airhead. Talk to lots of casino employees and they all love him. Now Searchlight other than looking for old Harry fill up your tank and keep going. It has been a good while since we have been over to Laughlin but the GN use to have a very nice Sunday Brunch.

I was in Laughlin for a weekend in Sept. Too many old farts for my taste. It blows my mind how many people in wheelchairs or walkers are in casinos, toting those oxygen tanks like their lives depended on it. You'd think smoke filled casinos would be the last places they'd visit.[/

The best thing about Laughlin is that you have no chance of running into albeadle33 there.

Based on his posts on other forums chances are big you will find him in Laughlin regularly. I think he's pissed so many people off in Vegas that he stays away from there as much as possible. Enjoy your trailor Bubba (the man behind the alias albeadle33)
Why do certain conservative clowns turn every thread into a political one. Are all teahadists as insecure as the ones here???
Take your political talk elsewhere you twits.

Is the word "hypocrite" in your vocabulary? You post in 5 different threads today bitching about politics while including name calling and inflammatory attacks on people whose ideology differs from yours. You can choose to put people on "ignore". You can choose to not click on topics that are obviously political in nature. It's just that simple. It looks like you actually want politics included within this forum by your own usage of the forum to politically attack other people....
Laughlin is a nice change of pace compared to Las Vegas. I've stayed there 4 or 5 times at the Aquarius (and the Flamingo - the same place) and the Edgewater. Laughlin is more laid back than Las Vegas, and there's a pretty big river right next to many of the hotels. I really like playing video poker at the bar that overlooks the river at the Edgewater.

I've only been there once in the winter. River activities, other than casino/hotel river shuttles, were nonexistent, but that was okay. I was there to gamble.

Pay attention to the 25 mile-per-hour speed limits in Searchlight on the way from Vegas to Laughlin. Searchlight is a speed trap!

We will be staying at Aquarius. Thank you for the heads-up on the speed trap in Searchlight.
