What's Up With Las Vegas Native Kurt Busch ?

Athletes make wads of cash because of ... media exposure. Bottom line. No one is shooting at them. Not too hard with even a couple minutes of separation not to act like a baboon.

Jr. is driving well. He finally got in shape. Even his crew was riding him just a year or two ago because he was a sluggard, and it had a huge impact on his results. For those who like to quip about left-turning "athletics," get yer ass in an 800-hp, 3500-pound sled, in traffic and heat, for several hours, and, well, you won't make it.

Huge fan of sports cars and road courses, but I'm not sure the Infineon/Watkins Glen gigs accomplish all that much. Hell, at Sears Point they don't even run the Carousel. With only two it's a novelty or an irritation (to some).
I understand about the Top 5 drivers having to interview after a race and doing the media work that comes along with being a NASCAR driver, but after you listen to the uncalled for words by Kurt Busch what he said after was right. Bob Pockrass the reporter was looking for a story and Busch gave him one.

Kurt Busch is an ass and very bitter when he's working(?) at something he obviously loves to do and is paid handsomely for it. I should be so lucky.

Here's a clip right after the race and Busch was a little more civil with race reporter Dr. Jerry Punch. Later on not so nice with Pockrass. If Busch would have just said what he stated later with Pockrass he wouldn't be on suspension.

I know, I know. Last year Busch went into a tirade with Dr. Jerry Punch after a race that's all over YouTube. Busch can't help himself, he's an asshole. He's doing his suspension and maybe a little reflection too.............not.

Go Matt Kenseth!!!!!
There is nothing wrong with Kurt or Kyle Busch a couple of Knuckle Sandwichs won't cure.
I have noted the negative reply's to my posting about this topic- then I see/read many more postings, pro and con, about Busch. Characters such as Busch generate interest while here are many "good guys" in racing that don't generate much ink or interest. Face it, those of you who have favorites based on liking or disliking individual drivers become die hard "fans" not because they are necessarily great drivers but because they make you want to see them fail. Just a tried and true way for those who sponsor sporting events to get people to "care", which equates to spending money. Some people (fans) just don't realize that they are being played thru the manipulation of their emotions.

Emotions is what Nascar is all about.
Sarah9nascar- and all along I thought Nascar was about the racing of cars - how stupid of me. I stand corrected.
