1) There are two sales stations set up along the riverwalk - one just outside of the Aquarius, the other closer to the boat dock itself just outside of Edgewater. Boats depart at 11AM and 2PM - It's $12 without an Aquarius players club card, $10 with. It's a 90 minute back and forth along the river in front of the casinos. They have a full bar on board as well. There is also a dinner cruise at night, but I did not catch the price for that one.

3) You are absolutely right, and I hadn't been aware of this. When I was in town last (several years ago) - they really were all owned by Harrah's - now it would appear this is no longer the case.
4) The tables are long gone now...
