At least DonDiego saw this one coming; he's as well prepared as one can be for a zombie attack:

For those less well prepared here is a quick course in Zombie Fighting from Guns and Ammo magazine.

DonDiego'll be hunkering down fer a while. Good Luck !
Alert NMTERLV immediately, tell him theres more urgent things to worry about than IRAN. Personally, I'd much prefer a nuke than my face being gnawed off. EWWWW!!

In addition to gas prices and soda prices, what is up with DonDiego's new penchant for posting links that require **Serious Unpleasant** warnings. I miss the kindler, gentler, ever so younger DonDiego of yesteryear.
Looks like they were both naked. Ick.

Did you happen to notice all the comments on the article have been removed? The government probably removed them so we won't know it's the beginning of the zombie apocalypse. Get ready people! It's finally happening!
MMM, I'm gettin' a craving for some twinkies for dinner.

I noticed all the hidden comments as well. Hmm, kinda curious what they were.

DonDiego just looked, . . . and the comments are there.

The most recent comment was by Kumar who opined: "If Obama had a cannibal son he would have looked like the dead perp." Not nice.

Anyway, DonDiego suggests Julie G go to the comments and "sort by newest first".

OK, to tone down the "yuck" factor a bit for snidely, here are a couple links that are Zombie related but easier to take. It does make me wonder what goes on in our Provincial government offices, however...

This is the latest campaign from our British Columbia Emergency Preparedness people. And here I just thought this was a total waste of my tax dollars on a silly campaign and a sillier ad. Guess I should start paying attention and be more prepared - the Zombie Apocalypse is apparently really on the way!

Silly Zombie Ad

Zombie Preparedness week campaign
While the creatures currently known as zombies can be traced back to George Romero's 1968 film, Night of the Living Dead, that word is not used in the film. In the 1978 sequel, voodoo is referenced, but only as a point of comparison. However, the word zombie was used by Romero in the shooting script and is spoken in one scene.

Most modern cinematic zombies are based on the Romero living dead mythos, but traditional zombies of Haitian and West African folklore are docile, enslaved creatures who generally avoid eating meat.

I have no point. I just like talking about zombies.
