I will be in Las Vegas on my birthday this year. Do any of the casinos or restaurants give out good birthday specials? (It doesn't look like this question has been answered since March 1, 2006.)

In Feb. 2014 my sister and I went to the Gold Coast to take advantage of the 50+ "Mystery Multiplier." The swipe for both my sister and myself revealed a 7x multiplier. Isn't this the multiplier that used to be standard on "Senior Days"? I couldn't help thinking that most people probably got the same multiplier and that anything higher was an extremely rare occurrence - especially since my sister and I got the exact same multiplier. Have you had any feedback from others regarding their experience on Senior Day and the Mystery Multiplier? Also, from the Gold Coast we went to The Orleans to take advantage of the same offer. After swiping our card to no avail, I went to the slot club and was told that you could earn the points 7 a.m.-7 p.m., as advertised, but you had to actually swipe your card by 4:30 p.m. to be able to take advantage of the offer and get a Mystery Multiplier. Do you know if that is in writing anywhere? I couldn't find it anywhere and it seems like less-than-truthful advertising. Thank you.

Why has MGM players club stopped letting you move from one hotel to another on their deals? For over 15 years we have stayed at MGM Grand for three free nights, then packed and moved to New York-New York for three free nights. And now they say NOPE! Flying all the way from East Coast to Vegas and only staying three nights does not make "cents." We still gamble, buy food, and see shows, so we don't feel MGM is losing money on a room that would be empty anyway. Bad move and would love to know the reason behind it.

When Lady Luck closed, slot players were assured that their points would be available and added to their new account when the doors reopened. Of course, no one expected the wait to be this long. Do you know if the Downtown Grand is honoring that promise or is our ongoing loyalty misplaced?

Okay, this is probably such a simple question that I'm reluctant to ask. My wife and I have been visiting Vegas about every three or four months for the last two years. We are decidedly low rollers. Video poker has been our staple. More recently, we've added craps and some table games. Generally speaking for say a casino like Bally's, is there a ballpark guideline for reaching a level of play before it would be downright embarrassing to ask a pit boss for a comp for a pair of dinner buffets? We usually play $5 and $10 tables for blackjack, craps, Three Card Poker, and Let It Ride. Everything we read says "ask," but I don't want to make a fool out of myself.

Hello! Longtime subscriber here and love your newsletters and coupons! My question is since most of us now have player cards to the casinos we play in (thanks to your coupons etc. showing us the value of being player club members), why is it that you have no area available that lists the current offers and rewards for current and new player club card holders?

Will the comp dollar points at Bill's Gamblin' Hall be transferred to the Total Rewards card after Bill's reopens or will they disappear?

Do old casino players cards from gone-but-not-forgotten casinos such as Desert Inn, Stardust, and Sahara have any monetary value for sale to collectors?

Could you please list all of the available casino player clubs? I have quite a few players club cards and want to find out which ones I should still get.

I was reading an advertisement for M Life recently and noted that it did not list Circus Circus as a participating property. As I recall, Circus Circus became part of the MGM empire when they merged with Mandalay. Does Circus Circus have its own players club? Or are they not worth mentioning in an M Life advertisement?
