I was just in Vegas, walking through the front entrance to Excalibur, and had a vague memory of a show in the moat out there. It seems like most modern hotel/casinos opened with some sort of a free show or attraction. The pirate show at TI, Bellagio Fountains, Mirage Volcano, Lions at MGM, etc. I was wondering if you could put together a rundown of all the current properties, what attraction (if any) they opened with, and how many of those attractions still operate.

James Bond is a famous gambler and we almost always know what game he's playing. But in the 1974 movie, The Man With The Golden Gun, bond is playing in a Macao casino. He is sitting at a large table -- sort of like a craps table -- and people make bets and then other people, sitting up above out of sight, lower a little basket on a string and the people playing either put money in the basket or take money out. The little basket then goes back up and they play again. Any idea what game they were playing? It looked very festive and had many players -- 10 sitting downstairs, another 8-10 sitting upstairs. Thank you very much.

Whatever became of the Flamingo Reno? I spent one night there in 1991, on a road trip from California to the Midwest; it was the first time I played Video Poker! My room tab was $29 (no resort fee!).

Recently my wife got a notice from the Illinois Bankruptcy Court about a Caesars creditors’ meeting. They don't owe her any money but she has a lot of Total Rewards comps. Is Caesars going to "dump" its customers’ comps to save money?
